Directed by Oscar-winning “Parasite” co-writer Han Jin Received in his directorial debut, “I Am a Running Mate” is a teen political drama that follows Noh Se Hoon (Yoon Hyun Soo), a pupil who turns into a laughingstock of his college after an unlucky incident.
