Today’s Craig Melvin doesn’t hold back with insult about Dylan Dreyer’s appearance that only friends can say

Craig Melvin is understood for his humorousness and witty remarks, and he is not afraid to say what’s on his thoughts. 

The Right this moment Present host left co-stars Dylan Dreyer and Al Roker open-mouthed throughout one level on April eighth’s episode, because the trio have been discussing their childhood hobbies. 

From being captains of sports activities groups to belonging to the AV Squad, the anchors concluded that they have been all fairly “nerdy” rising up, with Craig telling them: “I think there’s some kind of correlation!”

Craig’s insult to Dylan

He turned to Dylan, and teased: “It’s turned out okay – I’ve seen those pictures of you, it’s like you weren’t winning beauty pageants.”

Dylan took a second to absorb what he had mentioned, as Al pulled a face. Taking it with good humor, Dylan began to snicker and mentioned of her childhood picture: “It was a look, the glasses, the bangs.” “We were late bloomers,” Craig added, as Dylan replied: “There was a compliment in there somewhere…” 

The Right this moment Present co-stars have a robust bond

Craig and Dylan typically tease one another and have an excellent bond each on and off display screen. In truth, the mother-of-three even let Craig tackle the problem of babysitting her three younger sons again in June as a part of a phase on Right this moment.

Through the afternoon at Dylan’s residence in Manhattan, Craig helped take care of and entertain his co-star’s sons Calvin, eight, Oliver, 5, and Rusty, 4. Craig – who’s a dad-of-two himself – performed with them, fed them, and skim them a narrative too. 

On the finish of the phase, Craig wiped his head and informed the digicam: “This is me after babysitting Dylan’s boys,” including: “You know what, she’s got three good boys.”

The trio have been discussing previous jobs, and Dylan revealed that she had been to a voice coach to excellent her voice for TV in her early profession, and even a persona coach as a result of she was shy. Craig could not management his laughter as he took within the revelation, as Sheinelle turned to Dylan and requested: “Why did you give him that?” 

“A personality coach?” he repeated as he requested Dylan to broaden. “Well because I’m shy,” she replied. “No you’re not!” Craig replied. “Not now, but it takes me a while to open up,” she defined.

Nonetheless laughing, Craig requested what the persona coach needed to provide, to which the kids’s creator admitted: “He said ‘I don’t know what to do to help you, you just need to relax and get more comfortable!” “I love your personality,” Zinhle chimed in, to which Craig quipped: “Because she had a coach!” ador
