JENNIE GIOFU “Jean”

It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our pricey mom Jennie “Jean” Giofu (nee Tataryn) on Could 13, 2025 at 92 years of age.

Loving spouse of the late Simeon (Sam) (2015). Reunited together with her son Michael (2020), (Lindy). Beloved Mom to Linda Andrews (Bruce), Larry Giofu (Wendy), Mark Giofu, Cathy Bulmer (Greg) (2020), and Greg Giofu (Antonietta). Cherished grandmother of Robert, Angela, Scott, John, Jeff, Amy, Jill, Jessie, and Samantha and seven nice grandchildren. Jean is survived by her brother Don, predeceased by brothers, Metro, Alex, Peter and Ernie.

Jean loved portray, gardening and bowling. Jean was keen about artwork and for a few years she volunteered at Seasons Royal Oak in Lasalle to show portray lessons and share her love for creativity.

The household want to thank the employees at Seasons Royal Oak Village in Lasalle, VON and Saint Elizabeth Healthcare for all their assist and assist.

Preparations entrusted to Windsor Chapel 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East (519) 253- 7234.
