LaTanya Richardson drops shocking truth about her bond with husband Samuel

LaTanya Richardson Jackson lately acquired candid a couple of “pact” she and her husband, Samuel L. Jackson, made with each other.

In a dialog with PEOPLE journal whereas attending the 2025 Tony Awards junket at Sofitel New York in N.Y.C. on Thursday, Might 8, the 75-year-old American actress revealed that she and her husband will work so long as they will and can let one another know when “it’s time” to retire.

LaTanya quipped, “My husband and I — Sam and I — both have said we’re going to do it till the wheels fall off. We both have … this pact between us that if we see ourselves doing more [than] we [should] be doing, we’ll pull each other in and say, ‘It’s time. Come in the house,’ and do it that way.”

“We are just going to do this as long as life allows,” The Preventing Temptations star added.

As well as, she went on to speak about balancing work and household in her 70s and securing a second Tony Award nomination for Finest Actress in a Play titled Function on Broadway.
