Eilish McColgan says she is “numb” to feedback on social media about her physique form and warned of the risks of associating her with ­consuming problems. The British long-distance runner highlighted the abuse she obtained this month after ­posting a video of her on a treadmill in ­preparation for her first ­London ­Marathon.
