Did first son, Barron Trump get rejected by Harvard College? Rumors swirl because the Ivy League faculty sues the Trump administration over a brand new ban on their ability to enroll worldwide college students.

On Thursday, the Division of Homeland Safety accused Harvard of “creating an unsafe campus environment by permitting anti-American, pro-terrorist agitators to harass and physically assault individuals, including many Jewish students” and thereby revoking their ability to enroll foreign students under the F-1 visa program. Adding, that “current international college students should switch or lose their authorized standing.”

By Friday, Harvard filed a complaint in district court claiming the Trump administration’s ban a “blatant violation” of the First Amendment, Due Process Clause and the Administrative Procedures Act.

The Trump administration and Harvard have been embroiled in conflict since President Donald Trump’s return to office which has resulted in the freezing of federal funds. It has additionally prompted many, together with Rhode Island’s Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, to query potential ulterior motives by speculating over viral posts claiming that his son was rejected from the Ivy League heavyweights Harvard and Columbia.

In an interview with DailyMail final fall, Donald Trump mentioned his son had been accepted to “lots” of colleges, “He is a really sensible man, and he’ll be going to Stern, the enterprise faculty, which is a good faculty at NYU.”

According to that interview, he said his son had considered following in his footsteps at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, but ultimately chose NYU. “It is a very prime quality place. He preferred it. He preferred the college,” said Trump.

Barron is the youngest and only child of Donald Trump and wife Melania. He grew up in their New York City home at Trump Tower and attended Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School. He graduated from Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, Florida last May and has since moved back to live at Trump Tower in Manhattan while attending NYU.
